Lauren and Caleb are some awesome people who had their engagement session at a little airport in Riverside, California! Caleb is a pilot so he and Lauren knew they wanted to incorporate airplanes with their engagement session. First time I’ve ever had the opportunity to do an engagment session like this, and it was so much fun! Engagement photos are normally at the beach, mountains, or some other outdoors-y location for us, so the tarmac was a great change of pace! Photographing with planes allowed me to be a little more creative with some of my angles and perspectives, and I’m here for it! Here are some photos from their day!

Megan and Noah chose one of my favorite beach location for their engagement session. Laguna Beach! Way less typical than your average beach location with rocks sprawling out of the sand and waves constantly crashing up against them. It’s hard to stay dry if you’re feeling adventurous, but well worth it. This day was specifically unique because the sun decided to hang out behind the clouds for a change. No problem for us, I’ll take the beautiful soft light from every angle thank you very much. The clouds also kept the crowds away, so we hard nearly the whole spot to ourselves, which is not a common occurrence either! Megan and Noah were a ton of fun to photograph! Briana + Marcus. Joshua Tree Engagement Session

Briana and Marcus decided to have their engagement session up at Joshua Tree National Park, and that was a great idea. Joshua Tree is such a unique spot with such a rich history in California. With its giant rock piles seemingly just scattered randomly around and joshua trees as far as the eye can see, theres nothing like it around. The landscape always makes for great photos! Briana and Marcus are some amazing people. I didn’t have to work hard to get them to laugh or be themselves around me or each other.
